In this process, specific areas of the metal are etched away before being printed on or filled with paint that is cured onto the nameplate at high temperatures, resulting in a durable finish. Artwork Guidelines
Designs should be sent in an editable Adobe Illustrator format (Ai, EPS, PDF) with fonts converted to outlines and images embedded at high resolution. Color matching requires a sample for reference unless specified otherwise. Photo files should be at least ¼ size at 300 dpi for optimal print quality.
For embossed/debossed jobs, include a separate layer in the artwork design to indicate areas for embossing/debossing clearly. PDF proofs will be sent via email before production begins.
